My Three Near Death Experiences in 2011:A journey through fear, faith and mystery

Image
There are moments in life that are difficult to explain. Some experiences remain in our memories for years, even when we cannot understand exactly why they happened. For me, one of the most unforgettable periods of my life was in 2011, when I experienced what I remember as three near-death experiences (NDEs). My name is Teddy Waiyaki Saiteye, and I am from Kenya. I am deaf and non-verbal, and much of my life has been shaped by experiences that I have sometimes struggled to communicate to other people. My spiritual journey has also been deeply influenced by events that I experienced personally and stories that I heard from others. My First NDE in May 2011 The first NDE I remember happened sometime between May 20 and May 25, 2011. I cannot remember the exact date, so I do not want to pretend that I know something I don't. What I remember is that this experience happened during those days and became one of the most important memories of my life. At that time, there was also considerab...

My Sister Linda Wanjiku and the Journey of My Spirit: A Story of Love, Loss, and Faith Introduction My sister’s name was Linda Wanjiku. She was the firstborn in our family, born in Pumwani, Nairobi, Kenya, in 1980. She grew up to become a hardworking and caring woman. After completing her education, she found employment and worked hard to support herself and our family. One of the greatest gifts she gave me was helping to pay my secondary school fees. Her selflessness, kindness, and unwavering support helped shape my entire future. Her Life and Sacrifice Linda was a pillar of strength for our family. She balanced work, family responsibilities, and her own dreams with grace. Even when challenges were frequent, she stood firm. She showed me what it means to love unconditionally and to put family first. Her life taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and quiet sacrifice. She was more than a sister — she was a role model and a protector. A Difficult Time: Her Illness and Passing Lat...

My journey has been filled with challenges, personal struggles, spiritual reflection, and moments that forced me to look at life differently. Over time, I realized that every difficult season can also become a source of strength. What once felt painful slowly became part of a bigger story—a story about hope, faith, growth, and perseverance. When we face hardships, it is easy to become overwhelmed by immediate circumstances. However, looking back through the lens of endurance reveals that those trials were actually a refining fire, shaping our character and preparing us to carry a much deeper message to the world. Connecting with a Global Audience As a creator and blogger from Kenya, I continue sharing my experiences online because I believe stories can encourage people. Social media, blogging, and digital platforms have allowed me to...

The Heart of a Hero: Formed by Imagination, Guided by God

Image
Section 1: The Fire of Imagination Growing up, I was always captivated by stories of ultimate power and speed. I watched movies like Superman and The Flash, fascinated by how they could fly through the sky or run like a lightning bolt to save the day. In my own mind and spirit, I felt that exact same limitless energy. I could see myself flying like Superman—powerful, free, and completely unstoppable. Movies gave me a visual language for the immense fire I felt burning inside my soul. As a child living in Nairobi, those cinematic stories were not just temporary entertainment; they were windows into a broader reality. In a world where my physical senses experienced silence, the vibrant, explosive movements of these heroes spoke directly to my internal world. I would sit for hours imagining what it would be like to break past the physical laws of gravity, to race ahead of the wind, and to stand as a protector for those who felt weak or forgotten. My imagination became a sanctuary where li...
